Twój zakres obowiązków

• Preparation of required financial documents
• Reconciliation between various tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency check of figures, communication of statements to department heads to adjust positions if necessary
• Collaboration with internal teams during the closing process
• Provides administrative and technical support throughout the closing process
• Collects and analyzes the necessary data to determine the managerial bonus for departments and divisions (targets vs actuals)
• Applies defined formulas and criteria for the calculation
• Verifies the accuracy of calculations and data used
• Prepares detailed reports on calculation results
• Communicates results to relevant stakeholders
• Gathers topics to be integrated into Orange France, organizes meetings to obtain information related to proforma and scope transfers
• Collaborates with relevant teams to validate and update gathered information
• Prepares documentation for the various stakeholders
• Verifies impacts across the different tools
• Collects and verifies data used in calculations
• Shares financial information and required documents with auditors
• Responds to questions and requests from statutory auditors
• Participates in meetings and discussions when required to ensure effective collaboration
• Works with internal teams to prepare required files and reports
• Ensures compliance with deadlines and the overall process for delivering data to the electronic communications and postal regulatory authority

The Report to Value Creation (R2VC) department is responsible for meeting the analysis and reporting needs of Finance and Performance partners in France and Europe, by providing them with data, producing standardized reports and statements, offering first-level analysis, and ensuring data quality.We are recruiting a Finance Analyst Partner to join the Group Reporting and Management Cycle team, mainly in charge of controlling support activities for Central Orange France.

This position provides strong exposure to a wide range of reporting and performance analysis domains, with significant interaction with varied stakeholders across the Group, and offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the field.
