Build, lead, high-performing teams across regions and department.Attract and retain top talent aligned with ZEN’s values.Foster a resilient, solution-oriented, and adaptable culture that thrives under scale-up pressures.Partnerships & Expansion
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.Leverage ZEN’s ecosystem of customers for cross-sell opportunities.Required Experience & Skills :
Proven track record 15+ years building products, business development solutions and managing high-performance teams in at least two continents.Deep understanding of customer needs and standardized value proposition.Global relations with partners in yours verticals.Resilience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, scale-up environments.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
