For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist, who is fluent in German and English to join team in Kraków.

Supply Chain Specialist with German

Requirements

at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations,
additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain would be an asset,
fluent in english (C1) and german (B2),
willingness to work with client via phone and email, with a proactive approach,
ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others,
ability to handle multiple and ad-hoc tasks,
SAP knowledge nice to have.

Responsibilities

working on activities related to the supply chain process in aeronautics, including order delivery, purchase order management, goods receipt issue handling, PR to PO conversion, and internal stock transfers,

interacting directly with suppliers and clients for day-to-day operations,

reaching business (SLA) and personal targets,

ensuring efficiency and high quality of the performed processes,

identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
