Software Engineer

Position : Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + React)

Location : Wrocław (hybrid)

Start date : ASAP

Project overview :

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a team working on a global, business-critical application. The project is currently undergoing a major modernization – the frontend is being migrated to React and the system architecture is being redesigned around microservices. At the same time, we are simplifying core business flows to improve usability and performance.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using Java and React

Design and implement new features and refactor existing code

Work within a microservices-based architecture

Write unit tests and contribute to test automation efforts

Collaborate with international project stakeholders

Requirements :

At least 7 years of experience with Java (8+)

Strong JavaScript knowledge – ideally React (experience with Angular and willingness to switch to React is acceptable)

Good understanding of the Spring MVC framework

Experience working with relational databases and ORM tools (Hibernate, SQL)

Knowledge of containerization (Docker)

Solid grasp of unit testing (JUnit)

Experience with microservices architecture

Good command of English (B2 / C1 level)

Nice to have :

Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices (Azure Cloud, JBOSS)

Familiarity with Backbone or Marionette frameworks
