Join us as a Cyber Security Consultant and become part of a global community of experts, driving cybersecurity across enterprise IT, cloud environments, and modern applications. You’ll work closely with international teams, but stay rooted in Poland - combining global impact with local flexibility. Your role : Lead security consulting for cloud services, web applications, and infrastructure solutions Support development teams by integrating security into processes, from early design to deployment Analyze vulnerabilities, assess risks, and propose tailored mitigation strategies Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure practical, effective security controls Improve internal security standards, tools, and practices - with room for your voice and ideas Qualifications What we’re looking for : Multiple years of experience in IT, ideally in enterprise or infrastructure environments Hands-on experience in security consulting and defining secure processes Solid understanding of penetration testing and vulnerability management workflows Strong communication skills - able to explain risks and solutions clearly to different audiences Relevant certifications (CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent) A proactive mindset and passion for cybersecurity Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
