Your Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business development, actively identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Sell IT services and software solutions, focusing 80% on outsourcing and 20% on software.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for priority markets, including the UK, Nordics, and DACH.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Engage with clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and business meetings.
  • Maintain and expand a network of business contacts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, recruitment, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Keep CRM records up to date, tracking interactions and sales activities.

What We Expect :

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
  • Background in IT sales (software & IT services), with a preference for experience in outsourcing.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
  • Experience in selling to international markets (preferred : UK, Nordics, DACH).
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Fluent in English (B2+); Polish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    2. W jakim celu i na jakich podstawach prawnych przetwarzamy dane?

    Państwa dane możemy przetwarzać w następujących celach :

  • przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji na stanowisko, na które Państwo aplikujecie, przez okres niezbędny do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji i wyłonienia zwycięskiego kandydata - na podstawie Kodeksu pracy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO), a w pozostałym zakresie na podstawie zgody, którą Państwo wyrażacie poprzez przesłanie swojego CV z Twoimi danymi osobowymi (art. 6, ust.1, lit. a RODO). Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale brak ich podania może utrudnić albo uniemożliwić nam ocenę kandydatury. Jeżeli podajecie Państwo w swojej aplikacji informacje dodatkowe, wysyłając je nam jednocześnie wyrażacie Państwo zgodę, abyśmy w tym skonkretyzowanym celu przetwarzali ujawnione nam dane osobowe. Tak wyrażona zgoda jest zgodna z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO w związku z art. 4 pkt 11 RODO;
  • przeprowadzenia przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych, jeżeli wyrazicie Państwo odrębną, dobrowolną zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w tym celu. Wyrażenie zgody jest dobrowolne, zgoda może być w każdym czasie odwołana bez podawania przyczyny. Jeśli cofniecie Państwo zgodę, będziemy zobowiązani usunąć dane od momentu otrzymania odwołania zgody - podstawą przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych będzie zgoda, zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO.

    3. Na rzecz jakich podmiotów przekazujemy Państwa dane?

    Państwa dane osobowe możemy udostępniać na rzecz podmiotów powiązanych kapitałowo lub osobowo z RITS w minimalnym niezbędnym zakresie, w jakim będzie to niezbędne dla realizacji celów rekrutacyjnych. Państwa dane osobowe możemy także powierzyć lub udostępnić na rzecz innych podwykonawców Administratora w zakresie, w jakim będzie to niezbędne do realizacji tych celów. Państwa dane osobowe co do zasady nie będą przekazywane poza obszar Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego. W wyjątkowych przypadkach, gdyby taki transfer danych miał miejsce, RITS przestrzegać będzie mechanizmów zabezpieczenia danych i zasad określonych w art. 44-49 RODO.     4. Jak długo przetwarzamy dane osobowe?

    Państwa dane osobowe pozyskane w celach rekrutacyjnych będą przetwarzane co do zasady do zakończenia procesu rekrutacji. Dłuższy okres przetwarzania nastąpi w przypadku nawiązania z Państwem współpracy lub w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji.

    5. Jakie są Państwa uprawnienia?

    W zakresie i na zasadach określonych w RODO, przysługują Państwu następujące prawa :

  • prawo dostępu do danych osobowych (art. 15 RODO);
  • prawo do sprostowania lub uzupełnienia danych osobowych (art. 16 RODO);
  • prawo do żądania usunięcia danych osobowych (art. 17 RODO);
  • prawo do żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych (art. 18 RODO),
  • prawo do przenoszenia Państwa danych (art. 20 RODO).
  • prawo do sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania Państwa danych (art. 21 RODO).

    • Jeśli chcą Państwo skorzystać ze swoich praw, prosimy o kontakt Administratorem. RITS nie będzie podejmował w oparciu o Państwa dane zautomatyzowanych decyzji w rozumieniu Art. 22 RODO.     1. Who is the controller of personal data and how to contact them?

    The controller of your data is RITS Professional Services Sp. z o.o. (registered office in Warsaw 00 – 841, at 51 / 53 Żelazna Street) (“RITS”, “Controller”, “us”). RITS can be contacted on personal data protection matters through the Data Protection Officer at the above address and by e-mail : rodo@rits.center

    2. For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process data?

    We may process your data for the following purposes :

  • to carry out the recruitment process for the position you are applying for, for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process and select the successful candidate - on the basis of the Labour Code (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), and in the remaining scope on the basis of the consent you express by sending your CV with your personal data (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may make it difficult or impossible for us to assess your application. If you provide additional information in your application, by sending it to us you agree that we may process the personal data disclosed to us for this specific purpose. The consent so given is in accordance with Article
  • 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Article 4(11) of the GDPR;
  • to carry out future recruitment processes, if you give your separate, voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data for these purposes. Consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time without giving reasons. If you withdraw your consent, we shall be obliged to delete your data from the moment we receive your withdrawal of consent - the basis for processing your personal data shall be consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

    3. To which entities do we transfer your data?

    We may share your personal data with entities with equity or personal links with RITS to the minimum extent necessary for our recruitment purposes. We may also outsource or share your personal data with other subcontractors of the Controller to the extent necessary to pursuit such purposes. As a rule, your personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, should such a data transfer occur, RITS shall comply with the data security mechanisms and principles set out in Articles 44 to 49 of the GDPR.     4. How long do we process personal data?

    Your personal data obtained for recruitment purposes shall be processed in principle until the end of the recruitment process. A longer processing period shall occur if a relationship is established with you or if you consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment purposes.

    5. What are your rights?

    To the extent and under the principles of the GDPR, you have the following rights :

  • the right to access personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • the right to rectify or supplement personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
