Sourcing Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues in the Nordic countries to find and implement the right suppliers and products based on market needs
  • Coordinate the RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes with our headquarters
  • Support product and supplier introductions with technical and application expertise
  • Work with suppliers on developing and implementing technical solutions
  • Prepare documentation, user manuals, training materials, etc.
  • Deliver training sessions for customers on how to use the products
  • Help solve technical issues and support stakeholders in handling customer claims
  • Keep track of customer needs and help us improve continuously

Our requirements

  • Technical degree (e.g. sanitary or environmental engineering, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally in medium to large industrial companies
  • Experience in installations, product launches, or technical support is a plus
  • Good knowledge of heating, plumbing, cooling equipment, and related supplier markets
  • Able to work independently, take responsibility, and work under time pressure
  • Business- and service-minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Good English skills. Knowledge of a Nordic language is a bonus
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) and strong analytical thinking
  • Willing to travel for business and field visits in the Nordics
