Your Job

Join our Molex plant in Siemianowice Śląskie as a Quality Engineering Technician .

The main responsibilities in this position include identifying and resolving quality issues, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, as well as handling non-conformance activities. The person in this role will also be responsible for maintaining and updating quality documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively solve problems and implement improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinating and overseeing quality non-conformities, including implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conducting investigations and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective measures for non-compliant products.
  • Developing, implementing, and updating quality system documentation.
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation for quality and production processes.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Training employees and quality technicians on standards and best practices.
  • Preparing reference samples in cooperation with engineers and conducting product sample inspections.
  • Monitoring production batches for compliance with quality requirements.
  • Analyzing quality and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitating communication between engineers and technicians to improve decision-making.
  • Collaborating with other departments and participating in continuous improvement processes.
  • Promoting and applying PBM philosophy, environmental protection principles, waste segregation, and resource minimization.
  • Complying with health and safety (HSE), environmental protection, and fire safety regulations and maintaining workplace safety and order.
  • Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Secondary education.
  • Experience in quality management.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Independence, flexibility, and stress resistance.
  • Teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Higher education in quality management.
  • Documented experience in the Quality Department and in a GMP environment.
  • Competencies as an auditor of quality systems (ISO 9001, 13485) and GMP.
  • Communicative knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems according to ISO 9001, 13485, FDA, GMP.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis for medical devices (ISO 14971) and quality tools.
  • Experience with SAP and Minitab6 systems.
