Desktop Support Engineer

As an on-site Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with end users, directly addressing technical issues and handling a variety of hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and software systems, giving you practical, hands-on experience, with various complex equipment.

What are you going to do?

• Providing standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices.
• Responding to incidents and end-user service requests and manage them to a successful resolution.
• Ticket handling based on customer requirements.
• Providing hard and soft break-fix services for hardware and software equipment across the site.
• Desk-side support and PC break / fix including basic management of Windows O / S.
• Support, management, and maintenance of desktop configuration and installation, including patch updates and hardware replacements.
• Review security profiles and antivirus software on all desktop devices and take appropriate action if security requirements are not met.
• Working on-site in Warsaw from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
