Your daily tasks :
Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat / E-mail / Phone);
Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
What do we expect from you?
Language : Proficiency in Hungarian (C1 / native) and English (B2) or Polish (B2)
Experience : Cool if you have experience in medical project
Technology : Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
Personality : Motivated and enthusiastic.
