Opis pracyCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver rmendations to clients Independently identify issues in defined area of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy Strong client or stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset withfort in numerical analysis Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Fluent in English Eligible to work in the country of application and travel as needed Experience leading tasks or workstreams in team settings Exposure to mentoring or coaching junior team members Industry knowledge in areas such as payments, banking, fintech, or retail MBA or relevant master's degree (a plus, not required) Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
