We’re looking for a skilled DataOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Databricks to support the migration of an enterprise-scale HR analytics platform from Redmesh to Azure. This is a full-cycle, impact-driven role—from requirements gathering to deployment and performance optimization.

What we expect :

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks in enterprise environments
• Strong background in ETL, data pipeline orchestration, and data quality frameworks
• Experience working with Terraform, Azure DevOps, and cloud monitoring tools
• Comfortable with data governance, version control, and agile delivery
