Responsibilities :

  • Co-operate with contacting the director and providing top quality data required to make strategic decisions for.
  • Manage and supervise the entire accounting department.
  • Responsibility for the direction and service of subordinates, provide political.
  • liaison with the controlling and treasury team.
  • Prepare financial reports and present them to the group directors.
  • Responsibility for their interim financial support.

Our Requirements :

  • At least 10-years of experience including in a similar position.
  • Master degree in relevant field : Finance / Accounting / Economics.
  • Real Estate experience.
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting background (Polish GAAP and financial statements knowledge)
  • Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers.
  • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Fluent English (min. B2 - C1 level).
  • Fluent Polish.
