What will I be doing?
- Develop a strategy and roadmap to evolve the existing Delivery Network Optimisation algorithms and tools, and build new ones in a way that delivers on Stuart’s strategic goals of profitable growth, and drives clients' and couriers' satisfaction
- Improve the effectiveness of these algorithms and tools to deliver superior quality of service (e.g., on time rate) to our clients, and contribute to reinforce Stuart’s position as the leader in same-day delivery in European urban areas.
- Spearhead the adoption of new products and tools across the company by ensuring they meet the needs of each country where we operate, while keeping a critical eye on any request for customisation.
- Work with a large set of stakeholders across operations, sales, operations, data science, design, user research, engineering and more.
What do we need from you?
3+ years experience as a Product Manager working on a data or algorithm productEntrepreneurial mindset, get things done despite challengesAbility to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authorityExcellent written and verbal communication & presentation skillsFluency in EnglishNice to have : Experience in the logistics / transport industriesThe stuff you wanna know
