The opportunity

We are looking for a  Python Software Architect with AI  with experience in leading development teams who will join EY Digital team and strength our cloud competency in providing modern solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead development teams to create high-quality software solutions, utilizing object-oriented and functional programming techniques.
  • Expertise in Cloud, Microservices, and Container Technologies to architect robust systems.
  • Uphold best practices in coding and testing to ensure software excellence.
  • Drive Agile methodologies, CI / CD processes, and integrate diverse technologies for cohesive on-premise and cloud solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • A background of working with teams and development best practices.
  • A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product / deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Self-motivated, Strong communication and team building skills.
  • Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration.

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 8+ years of experience in IT.
  • Proficiency in Python (7+ years).
  • Proficiency in React / Typescript.
  • Experience in AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Proficient in AI tool integration (Bedrock, Azure AI, Ollama, etc.) and database technologies, with a strong grasp of software architecture, clean coding, and testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in source code management, and adept at implementing CI / CD pipelines for efficient and automated software deployments.

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in leading project team(s) for external Clients
