About us :

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains , operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We're preparing to onboard a DevOps Engineer to support GCP cost optimization, CI / CD improvements, and potentially guide cloud migration efforts. This role will join an established engineering team working on scalable blockchain-based infrastructure for global insurance clients.

What you’ll do :

Audit and optimize infrastructure on GCP

Support planning and migration to AWS if required

Improve CI / CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)

Maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform)

Monitor and secure cloud services

Required skills :

5+ years in DevOps / Site Reliability roles

Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Hands-on experience with CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes

Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices

Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have :

AWS experience (for migration planning)

Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver

Background in fintech, insurtech, or high-availability systems
