Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Specialists, and Technicians, fostering collaboration and high performance. Define team development strategies, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs.
- Plan and execute validation tests for components, modules, and full products in the early project phases. Ensure timely, accurate test results and approve reports for compliance with internal standards.
- Continuously improve validation methods and develop new testing approaches to enhance efficiency and product quality. Drive innovation to strengthen lab capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Manage certifications, lead audits, and oversee the maintenance and calibration of test infrastructure.
- Communicate test results and preliminary analyses clearly to stakeholders, offering actionable insights. Align testing activities with project goals in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Manage laboratory budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources. Oversee inventory levels, procurement of consumables, and investment planning to support lab operations.
Our requirements

In the role of System Reliability Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Specialists, and Technicians in the validation and testing of dishwasher components and products. This role ensures the delivery of reliable test results within agreed timeframes, adherence to ISO 9001 / 14001 standards, and continuous improvement of testing methodologies. The Lab Leader also manages test planning, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation to support product development and quality assurance objectives

You will be located in Żarów, in the Electrolux dishwasher factory, in a new modern laboratory, surrounded by friendly multinational and diverse team that shape living for the better every day. Our modern factory in Żarów specializes in manufacturing a wide range of dishwashers, including 60 cm full-size and 45 cm slim models.
