Key responsibilities :

  • Prepare reports on sustainable inputs and outputs of sales organizations / plants
  • Manage online portals, including but not limited to :

verification of all incoming transactions, follow up on missing credits

upload outgoing transactions

update internal files accordingly

  • Run the month end volume reconciliation process for the assigned regions
  • Close cooperation with various departments (such Quality, Commercial, Customer service, Finance, Master data) to assure accurate and timely reporting
  • Active preparation and participation in external sustainability audits conducted in order to obtain, extend or renew certificates
  • Provide all necessary input to enable correct communication and feedback to customer queries
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in financial management and reporting
  • About you :

  • University degree in economics or business administration or similar educational background
  • Experience of 4-5 years in a corporate environment, preferably in data management (financial or non-financial data)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is indispensable (Level C1). Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting processes
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel, additionally knowledge of SAP, SAP BO Analysis (SAP Business Warehouse) and Power BI is an advantage
