For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for an Accountant with French.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in the AP or AR field,
proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
a higher degree in accounting or finance is a plus,
strong communication skills and analytical mindset,
proficiency in using MS Office,
strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration,
knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

managing the payment process, including invoice approval, monitoring payment deadlines, and initiating payments according to agreements,

maintaining communication with suppliers to clarify payment and invoice issues,

preparing monthly financial reports and documentation related to financial operations,

verifying payment data, ensuring compliance with the budget, and controlling the accuracy of financial documents,

supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for Accounts Payable / Receivable,

participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing tasks and priorities,

analyzing payments and supporting decision-making within the finance area,

collaborating with the audit team to ensure payment processes comply with company policies.
