About the role :

As a Solution Architect / Presales – IT Automation, Data & AI (IBM) you will primarily working internally / externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining solutions and projects.

What you'll do :

Ability to support the design of vendor solutions to meet partner or end-user requirements .

Prepare infrastructure and participate in PIC projects based on the most modern products from the IBM offer (Automation, Data, AI)

Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.

Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

Deal with product / solution enquiries from internal / external sales and resellers.

Be up to date with current version of offered products and news.

What we're kindly looking for :

Fluent in English and Polish (B2).

3+ Years of relevant work experience working with IT Automation and / or Data Management .

Good communication and Presentation skills are essential.

IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.

Willingness to learn.

Knowledge of observability software or APM and Kubernetes / OpenShift platforms is a plus.
