For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for a HR Payroll Specialist with French.

HR Payroll Specialist with French (remote work possibilities)

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in international / global payroll processing,
strong written and verbal communication skills,
ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,
proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
good command of English and French (min. B2 level, both written and spoken),
experience with HRMS / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
experience in multi-country payroll processing will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned clients,

reviewing payroll data, reports, and calculations to identify and resolve discrepancies,

managing gross-to-net calculations, exception payments, and off-cycle runs,

preparing payroll summaries and reports (earnings, taxes, deductions, etc.),

maintaining up-to-date payroll systems and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations,

handling State and Federal tax obligations and supporting audit processes,

responding to employee payroll queries and preparing ad hoc reports for management.
