SW Engineer (C++ / Golang)

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineer, who embraces solving complex challenges on a global scale. As a Visa Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a multi-functional development team inventing, designing, building, and testing software products that reach a truly global customer base. While building components of powerful payment technology, you will get to see your efforts shaping the digital future of monetary transactions.

The Work itself :

• Understand business domain, analyze requirements
• Design, develop code, tests and maintain code
• Communicate and collaborate effectively
• Effectively participate in the technology proof-of-concepts and learn new technologies and frameworks
• Understand and enhance coding guidelines and participate in code review processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with Requirements & Analysis group, QA team and Production Support team to ensure project alignment
• Provide rotational on-call support as needed.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

This role qualifies for Autorskie Koszty Uzyskania Przychodu (KUP), in accordance with applicable Polish tax regulations. Eligible employees may benefit from preferential tax treatment on income derived from the creation of intellectual property, subject to meeting statutory criteria
