Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key tax-related projects in collaboration with employee tax advisory, payroll, and operational partners.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effectiveernance and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain the EMEA Employment Tax Program pipeline, addressing new applications, modifications, and dmissioning of outdated practices.
  • Coordinate monthlyernance forums on EMEA tax matters and provide updates to management.
  • Act as the key liaison between HR functions, tax advisory, and vendors to ensure taxpliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders tomunicate local taxation advice and ensurepliance.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring audit-ready processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • Knowledge of employment tax across EMEA .
  • Relevant experience in professional services, financial services, tax or accounting firms, or human resources .
  • Background in HR operations (, payroll) and project management, with the ability to engage multiple management layers.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills; self-starter with the ability to understandplex issues.
  • Experience in driving large-scale change agendas with a strong risk and control mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
