Your responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary analysis and judgment on vehicle faults through remote diagnostic tools or customer descriptions, provide accurate fault diagnosis suggestions to customers, and guide them to take corresponding emergency handling measures to ensure vehicle safety and reduce losses.
- Provide technical support to automotive service personnel, answer the technical problems they encounter during the diagnostic process, assist in formulating repair plans and process flows, and ensure the accuracy and high efficiency of service work.
- Participate in the classification and analysis of repair cases, summarize experience and finding, compile technical documents and repair manuals,
- Be responsible for collecting, sorting, and achieving technical documentation, including user manuals, maintenance manuals, technical bulletins, etc., ensure the integrity and accuracy of the documents, and establish a document management system that is convenient for querying and retrieving.
- Keep close contact with parts suppliers, understand the technical parameters, , and quality information of parts, assist in solving technical faults caused by parts problems, and ensure smooth progress of repair work and the stability of vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with the sales department, participate in the pre-sales technical support work of offered products, technical support for sales personnel
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities of aftersales staff.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, local regulations, and industry best practices in all after-sales operations.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from majors such as Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in automotive technical support or vehicles repair.Be proficient in the structure, principle, and technical features of automobiles, and be familiar with the working principles and fault diagnosis methods of core componentsSkillfully master the use of diagnostic tools and equipment, possess the practical ability to diagnose, find defects, and be able to independently complete the repair work of common vehicle faults.Have a strong sense of responsibility and service awareness, be able to patiently and meticulously answer customers' technical questions and take customer satisfaction as the work orientation.Have strong problem-solving ability and adaptability, be able to quickly make judgments and take effective solutions when facing complex technical problems and unexpected situations.Summary :
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for providing professional automotive technical consultations and support services to dealers and internal teams. By having an in-depth understanding of the technical features, fault diagnosis, and processes of automotive products, you will ensure that vehicles can receive timely and effective technical maintenance after being sold, enhance customer satisfaction, and assist in solving technical difficulties to facilitate the smooth progress of the company's business.
