YOUR TASKS :

• Managing projects and programs from the initiation to the closure phase, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Managing the project budget with full responsibility for the financial oue.
• Leading project teams and supporting subordinates in their professional development in collaboration with department managers.
• Close cooperation with the client at various levels within the organizational structure, including reporting, negotiations, conducting workshops, and providing consultancy as trusted advisors.
• Expanding cooperation with the client beyond the current context, supporting pre-sales activities and delivery-led add-on sales.
• Fostering innovation and creating an organizational culture focused on delivering value to the client, challenging the status quo, and continuous improvement.
