Ability to balance legal and business priorities in a dynamic, global environment. Fluent in English; other languages like French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese or Polish are a plus. Ability to work in a complex, international environment.
Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support the UK&I and Europe regions. Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting Senior Legal Counsels in the region
- Providing legal counsel on transactions and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related contracts, including software / cloud agreements, professional services, partnerships, and NDAs.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Deal Desk, Revenue Recognition, and external counsel.
- Manage litigations and pre-litigations with the support of outside counsels.
- Overseeing compliance matters related to anti-corruption, data privacy (GDPR), and export controls.
