Requirements :
2–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance media buying (Gambling vertical required)Proven experience with paid traffic sources, especially Google Ads and Facebook AdsExperience in closing strategic deals with gambling brandsUnderstanding of traffic types, their sources, and effectivenessExperience with various geos, especially EUFamiliarity with CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid, Agency pricing modelsExperience on both affiliate and brand / operator sides is a strong plusUpper-Intermediate EnglishAccountable, proactive, communicativeStrong negotiation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skillsResponsibilities :
