We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience in coordinating large teams.

Role Highlights :

Remote (Gdansk) with travel

6,500 – 11,000 PLN gross / month

Experience in HR coordination or staffing

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts, and legal documents
  • Organize accommodation, bank accounts, and PESEL registration
  • Manage payroll data, invoices, and attendance tracking
  • Support staff rotations and resolve client staffing issues

Requirements

  • Experience in coordinating large employee teams within an agency or staffing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving , negotiation and conflict resolution skills .
  • B2 level of Polish and Ukrainian / Russian .
  • A valid driving license .
  • MS Excel skills and remote work setup.

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM) , with Saturday and Sunday off.
