responsibilities :
- Ensure the Comarch XL system is highly available, secure and performs optimally at all times.
- Plan, schedule and execute software upgrades, patches and configuration changes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system customizations.
- Develop, test and deploy new modules, workflows and automation scripts in Comarch XL.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to deliver accurate data insights.
- Create dynamic Excel reports and dashboards, using VBA / macros to automate repetitive tasks.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents, troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes.
- Prepare clear user documentation, FAQs and training materials, then deliver hands-on workshops.
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with finance, logistics and production stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and IT partners to integrate new tools and resolve third-party issues.
