How you will make an impact

  • Learn how to efficiently work with IT tools, especially with mobile device management tools like Intune, SCCM, Power BI, and many more
  • Participating in day-to-day operations of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Run small standardization and analyse activities
  • Assist in resolving user incidents and requests
  • Gain knowledge of how to work remotely with business stakeholders, according to ITIL standards and Agile framework
