We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our product team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaboration with key stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements, identify root causes and propose effective solutions

Accurate transfer of business needs to the development team in the form of clear technical tasks

Creation and maintenance of documentation(requirements specifications, user manual, feature descriptions, etc.)

Providing a transparent and convenient structure for maintaining documentation in Confluence

Tasks refinement and review with key technical specialists to identify any incomprehensible and controversial points, update as a result of the discussion with the team

Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing the product

Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility

Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company

What You Bring

Over 2 years of experience as a Business / Systems Analyst

Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a changing environment

Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and managing both functional and non-functional requirements

Strong knowledge of software architecture and APIs

Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations

Solid understanding of the SDLC and the role of a BA throughout all phases

English level : Upper-Intermediate or higher
