The Role : Professional Services Consultant

You’ll be a key player in our Professional Services team—owning the onboarding, configuration, and integration journey for Velexa clients. With your technical fluency and customer-first mindset, you’ll transform complex needs into intuitive solutions that work from day one.

You’ll :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Velexa’s trading and investment solutions.
• Translate client needs into smart, scalable configurations and integrations.
• Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to drive delivery excellence.
• Integrate REST APIs and customize data flows in client environments.
• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success.
• Identify blockers early and escalate with clarity and purpose.
• Contribute to improving our playbooks, tools, and delivery practices.
