Opis pracyWe’re looking for a Senior Azure Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You will play a critical role in shaping secure, scalable, and automated environments across development, testing, and production stages. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern cloud practices, automation, and leading technical teams. Design and implement Azure-based architectures that align with business goals and security requirements Build secure infrastructure using Azure Security Center, Key Vault, IAM, and Azure Policy Manage multi-stage environments with promotion strategies, blue-green deployments, and disaster recovery planning Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Define and enforce governance and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR) Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and DevOps teams Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are cost-effective, maintainable, and scalable At least 7 years in cloud architecture, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Azure Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Policy, Azure Governance, and networking / security services Experience with CI / CD platforms like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS) Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance standards Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring cross-functional teams Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 60M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
