Your responsibilities

  • Lead the CSA Product Performance Team of 3 direct reports
  • Optimize service contract life cycle management tools, service cost catalogue, pricing target setting as well as processes
  • Enhance CSA contract templates and special release rules to boost revenue
  • Collaborate with Service Finance for performance reviews and pricing strategies
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team objectives

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with business experience
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Geman language skill is an advantage
  • Very strong experience in service operations, preferably in the energy sector
  • Highly proficient commercial and technical background
  • Proven track of successful managing diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary teams and managing large scale projects
  • Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
  • Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
