  • We’re hiring Node.js Developers to join the backend team of a growing tech company delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple industries.
  • Up $6.000 Net on Invoice, or $5.500 Gross on Contract of Employment
  • Hybrid from Warsaw (3 days / week at office)
  • Full-time, long-term

  • Our client builds modern, cloud-based platforms that power real-time applications through robust APIs and efficient server-side logic. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to the development of backend services that support complex workflows, data processing, and seamless integration — all built with Node.js, modern JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure.

    • responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
  • Integrate with front-end components and third-party services
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

    • requirements-expected :

  • Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL
  • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience writing unit tests with tools such as Mocha and Chai
  • Experience with authentication middleware, especially federated patterns such as Oauth and OpenID
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
