JOIN OUR TEAM
As Operations Manager at Westwing, you will drive strategic improvements in delivery performance, optimise supply chain and transport processes, and enhance the customer experience. You’ll collaborate across departments to implement initiatives, manage risks, and elevate Westwing’s delivery standards, ensuring exceptional service for our customers. This position is unlimited and based in Warsaw or Robakowo .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- monitor and analyse delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and customer feedback
- identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities by conducting regular performance reviews across departments, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring delivery processes remain efficient, scalable, and cost-effective
- lead cross-functional collaboration through end-to-end project management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that elevate customer experience, optimise supply chain and logistics processes, and manage risks
- evaluate and deploy new tools and technologies to automate and improve delivery processes, preparing business cases for market-specific initiatives
- develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to provide regular updates on delivery performance to key stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making across the business
- provide support for crisis communication related to customer issues, working closely with Operations and Customer Care
YOU COME WITH
university degree in transport, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field3+ years of project management or business development experience, ideally in supply chain, customer service, or transportation within an e-commerce companyexcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsability to view the service / product from the end customer’s perspective and understand their needshands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetproficiency in data analysis; SQL skills are a plusexperience in a start-up / scale-up operation is a plusfluent in Polish and EnglishWHY WESTWING
