As we continue to expand our relationship with a major international client, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Krakow-based team. This role serves as the first point of contact for both internal teams and client stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, launching and troubleshooting video meetings, logging and escalating technical issues, and maintaining communication with global teams in a 24 / 5 environment.
You will work closely with international service teams and AV operations to develop technical expertise and become familiar with our standards and procedures.
responsibilities :
Video / Audio Conferencing
Schedule and initiate both scheduled and ad-hoc video meetings
Conduct test calls for all booked VC sessions when needed
Provide remote training and testing for new and existing users / sites
Assist users remotely when connection issues occur and offer alternative connection methods
VC Maintenance and Support
Collaborate with the global service team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Keep detailed logs of faults for reporting and monitoring
Conduct regular health checks and follow up on unresolved VC faults
Maintain ongoing communication with users during incident resolution
Administrative Duties
Act as a dedicated point of contact for global client VC inquiries
Respond to technical and usage-related questions by phone and email
Coordinate system relocations and reconfigurations as needed
Manage distribution lists and proactively monitor communication channels
Capture logs and network information when diagnosing issues, and coordinate with technical teams
Support maintenance of the global video conferencing environment
