Your responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Innovation Consultant / Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative digital solutions. You won't just be a developer; you'll be an innovator, a leader, and a direct partner to our clients.

Innovate & Create : Design and implement groundbreaking technology solutions, translating strategic business goals into tangible technical architectures and rapid prototypes.

Collaborate & Inspire : Engage in proactive, direct collaboration with customers, working on-site to understand their needs and guide them through the innovation process.

Lead with Technology : Promote and apply modern approaches to cloud-native thinking, software architecture, embedded systems, and IoT solutions.

Own Your Code : Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines in Kubernetes environments, taking full end-to-end responsibility for your deployments.

You have strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with an excellent grasp of market trends and emerging technologies.

You are proficient in innovation methodologies like Design Thinking.

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a talent for disruptive thinking.

You are fluent with English & German languages.

Deep Tech Stack Knowledge :

Do you enjoy working with rapidly changing topics and technologies?

Do you have hands-on experience in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue.js?

Are you proficient with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)?

Have you developed AI solutions, trained LLMs, or built RAGs?
