Your career opportunity The purpose of this role is to successfully execute against UK CMB strategic change agenda. Senior Business Analyst has a critical role in shaping, delivering and embedding change in collaboration with business and delivery partners. (!) The role-holder should independently (fully autonomous) guide and steer the programme / project team and the key stakeholders throughout the change lifecycles towards successful implementation of the change and transition to BAU. The role holder will / is expected to

• Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options.
• Translate business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs in systems related projects and programmes, representing the voice of the customer and business in these discussions.
• Have shared accountability for implementation management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment, also manage implementation readiness and the early stages of implementation ( pilot).
• Work closely with the Process Consultants in reengineering projects, analysing and re-engineering world class business processes.
• Need to be abreast with emerging technology and innovation and their application to solve challenges and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s proposition and customer and colleague experience.
• Have shared accountability for the timely and high-quality delivery of programmes, adhering to HSBC Change Framework.
• Have proven experience of successfully executing against business strategic change agenda, be a 'trusted advisor' to UK CMB management with whom they are partnered by identifying opportunities, constructively challenging conventional thinking, ensuring the Voice of the Customer is embedded in projects and then working to shape, prioritise and drive the execution of their change needs with a focus on delivering the desired customer, colleague, operational and financial outcomes.
