We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individuals to join our new site in Łódź, Poland. Be part of a global leader in logistics and make an impact together!

Our aim is to bring together skilled professionals who will help us achieve our goals and drive the success of this new venture.

As the Process Engineer you will be a key person who will support every stage of production lines with effect of solving using black belt level techniques. You’ll design and be the part of project teams developing proposals of the actual cycles of production lines (process).

You will be controlling process indicators such as productivity / quality and failures and implement corrective actions to improve these indicators. You will be a central element designing / adapting layout that requires extensive production knowledge and gathers experience and certain kind of vision. Due to quality requirements by certification authorities and customer as process engineer you will often have to prove the excellence of our process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Diagnosing the cause and solving problems related to production / technological process downtimes
  • Searching for solutions to optimise production (line balance) by reducing productions costs
  • Design of production processes, participation in project groups
  • Overseeing efficiency of production process liaising with other depts : production, quality, Planning with external contractors and customer
  • Organisation / adapting of the layout of lines and stations
  • Standardization of working hours by calculating, measuring or checking the working time of given activity by using available techniques (MTM
  • Preparation and review of process documentation : work instructions, TPM, Process Flow, control plan, pFMEA etc
  • Participation in external and internal audits
  • Conducting technical trainings

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

  • Engineering education, preferred fields : production management, Logistics or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of English, spoken and written allowing easy communication
  • knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, Kaizen, Six Sigma
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office pack, especially Excel, Access and Visio
  • Excellent communications skills between departments
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of automation will be an additional asset
