We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our commercial strategy across a high-impact, rapidly evolving portfolio. The Position

As Head of Marketing for our portfolio, you will lead the strategic and tactical direction of our portfolio, driving commercial success and better patient outcomes. Represent Novo Nordisk’s values in every customer interaction, fostering trust and delivering purpose-driven marketing that makes a real impact.

The Head of Marketing will report to the Sr Director Diabetes, in our Polish Office.

In this position, you will :

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Poland, across current and future products.
  • Coach and empower the marketing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Monitor team performance against targets, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and company policies.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial discipline.
  • Represent Novo Nordisk at key conferences and events, while staying updated on market and legislative developments.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you will have University degree, MSc or MD or MBA and proficiency in both English and Polish languages.

In addition, we expect you to have :

  • Strong business insight and management expertise, aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way of Management.
  • Solid understanding of the global pharmaceutical market, with specific knowledge of our product portfolio.
  • 5 years’ experience in strategic and tactical marketing, including brand development and product launches.
  • 2 years’ managerial experience, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders across all levels.
  • Robust analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • A track record of delivering success through ambition and resilience, paired with a motivating, can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Project Management Tools
