Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for an  AI System Engineer  to join one of our teams -Stampli!

Stampli is looking for a mid-level  AI System Engineer with a specialization inAI-powered marketing and sales automations. As a part of their Marketing team, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to build, deploy, and scale intelligent (AI driven) automations that will improve our go-to-market strategy.

  • Excellent and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, sales operations, or development or

similar technical role

  • Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience with automation

    • platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
  • Experience with using AI tools for development
  • Experience with web development fundamentals and REST API integrations
  • Experience with major AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and understanding of prompt

    • engineering

  • Knowledge of marketing / sales platforms like HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce, etc.
  • Knowledge of conversational design and natural language processing concepts
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing and sales processes
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and AI governance principles
