One of our companies is currently looking for a Security Engineer in Poland .

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join an agile and global security team focused on building secure systems and processes in a remote-first, high-growth environment. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the security posture of a fast-evolving tech company by collaborating with engineering, IT, and DevOps teams. You will perform in-depth security reviews, support audits, help develop and enforce policies, and work hands-on to secure cloud infrastructure and applications. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Poland.

Accountabilities :

• Partner with technical teams to design and embed security into infrastructure, applications, and vendor solutions.
• Conduct security assessments, penetration tests, and ensure continuous compliance for cloud-based systems.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to data protection policies, legal standards, and best practices.
• Assist in vulnerability management programs including SCA, SAST, DAST, and bug bounty initiatives.
• Support security operations and incident response processes.
• Contribute to integration projects involving acquisitions and internal alignment with security standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation, tooling, and dashboards to support security operations and reporting.
