    We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) team which is part of Payment Services.

    This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.

    This role is responsible for maintaining the service-level agreement critical production platforms or products and providing automated operations to ensure the service to our clients is always of the best quality.

    Your responsibilities

  • Defines and implements architectures CI / CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) process tailored for the team’s environment
  • Develops AWS infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices, and improve operational performance
  • Improves development, deployment and testing to make it as much automated as possible
  • Supports teams by sharing knowledge and best practices (including clear documents for complex integration procedures)
  • Operates and debugs complex integration processes and environments in autonomy
  • Follows approach "infrastructure as code" as much as possible
  • Gives training and shares best practices
  • Drives improvements in SRE across all team members with strong collaboration of SRE manager
  • Coaches and guides less experienced SREs
  • Coaches and mentors different teams in technical areas, develop the knowledge of related technologies (monitoring, deployment, cloud tools etc.)
  • Brings proactive support approach, product design review, collaboration with development team during product development
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders during planned interventions or changes and outages
  • SRE Team works on rotary on-calls
  • Our requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you need to have an experience with :
  • Monitoring tools like Grafana, Thanos / Prometheus, Loki
  • Hands-on experience with AWS
