Your responsibilities

Performing diligent and timely compliance tasks related to customer and vessel verification.
Managing and prioritizing email queues related to the screening process.
Conducting risk assessments using designated systems in line with global procedures.
Maintaining and updating internal customer databases.
Ensuring continuous monitoring and re-scanning of business partners and vessels.
Reporting discrepancies and supporting improvements in verification procedures.
Preparing and updating internal instructions and training materials.
Collaborating closely with departments across the Compliance, Sales, and Export Control teams.
Actively participating in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives with HQ.
Supporting the Manager in administrative and strategic initiatives.
Representing KONGSBERG’s values and ensuring a professional image across all tasks.

Our requirements

Higher education (preferably in law or economics).

Professional experience in a similar role is preferred.

Working knowledge of global export control regulations and sanctions is preferred.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail, consistency, and punctuality.

Sound knowledge of internal procedures, MS Office, and CRM systems.

Proficiency in risk analysis, due diligence screening tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Experience in staff training and process improvement will be an asset.

Motivation, proactivity, and a positive attitude are essential.
