Brand Engagement and Content Specialist (Internship)

ArcelorMittal Construction is looking for a Brand Engagement and Content Specialist intern. This internship can be located in different European countries.

Responsibilities :

• Community Management : Engage and manage interactions across various platforms (forums, social media, blogs, etc.), fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, and responding to questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Content Creation and Copywriting : Develop engaging content for social media platforms and website to support marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
• Translation : Translate and adapt content into other languages, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
• Graphic Design and Multimedia Content : Create visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, animations, and short videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Analytics : Track and analyze community engagement and social media metrics to provide actionable insights and improve content strategy.
• Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Social Media Advertising (SMA) : Assist agency in managing paid digital advertising campaigns to optimize community growth and engagement.
• Brand Compliance : Ensure all content, community interactions, and creative assets are aligned with company brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Content Management and Publication : Support the publication of content on the company website via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely updates.
• Cross-functional Support :   Collaborate with marketing teams on various projects, including content development, campaign support, and other digital marketing initiatives.
