YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a skilled M365 Power Platform Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving user issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse within an enterprise environment.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with troubleshooting API connections, data sources, and security roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.
