This is an office-based role in Gdańsk.Please note their is no relocation so candidates must live in the Gdansk area.Working HoursShifts between 7 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM, Monday to SundayExpect to work 2 weekends per monthFull-time (40 hrs / week) or part-time (25–30 hrs / week) optionsPart-time salary is calculated pro rataWhat You’ll DoRespond to customer inquiries via phone and emailHandle bookings, complaints, and account issuesDeliver fast, friendly, and accurate supportManage multiple tasks at onceFollow company policies and hit performance targetsEscalate and resolve complex cases when neededLanguages RequiredGerman (C1)English (C1 / B2)Compensation & Bonuses8,495 PLN gross / month (based on full-time)Retention Bonus : Up to 1,500 PLN every 6 monthsPerformance Bonus : Up to 5% monthlyAnniversary Bonus : $150 gift after 1 year
