Position : Business Analyst – Markets Treasury (Hedge Accounting Transformation Program)

Location : Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

Rate : 140–160 PLN / hour (B2B)

We are seeking a skilled  Business Analyst  to join the  Markets Treasury team , supporting the  Hedge Accounting Transformation Program . This role focuses on the  Global Hedging Supply Capacity  area, involving the onboarding of new hedging products and strategies, and ensuring systems support key  SOX controls  managed by  Product Control (PC) .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including  Product Control (PC) ,  Front Office (FO) , and other finance departments.
  • Support the onboarding of new hedging products and strategies into the  Markets Treasury infrastructure .
  • Ensure systems are aligned with regulatory requirements, particularly  SOX controls .
  • Conduct business requirements analysis, process mapping, and assist in designing system solutions.

Candidate Profile :

  • Proven experience as a  Business Analyst  in financial services, ideally within  investment banking  or  treasury .
  • Strong understanding of  hedging ,  financial products ,  hedge accounting , and  SOX controls .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with  senior stakeholders  (FO, PC, Finance).
  • Experience with financial systems and / or implementing technology changes.
  • Comfortable working in  project environments (Agile or Waterfall).
