About the project
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhancing and expanding existing ServiceNow implementations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing new functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
Your responsibilities
Utilize strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively scope projects, ensuring clear understanding of business requirements and deliverables.Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to add new functionalities.Participate in technical design sessions to identify solutions and provide recommendations.Develop and implement enhancements and fixes to existing ServiceNow applications.Perform tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.Conduct testing to ensure the functionality and performance of new features.Create and maintain documentation for new functionality and enhancements.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for handing over implemented functionalities to our support team.Our requirements
Apply if you :have 3-5 years of ServiceNow development / implementation experience;are proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, tool configuration, and technical deployment;have experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and potentially App Engine;are familiar with Agile methodologies;have a strong written and verbal communication skills (in English), particularly in scoping projects and articulating requirements;have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field;ServiceNow certification preferred;are meticulous and precise in your work;have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;have the ability to work effectively in a team environment;have experience in client-facing roles and building client relationships;are adaptable and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.What we offer
